1. Shipping Destinations

Domestic: We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes — including metro, tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

International: Not available currently. Coming soon.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after a successful purchase.

Status flow

Order Placed → Processing → Packed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Locations: up to 7 business days

Timelines are estimates and depend on courier partner availability and serviceability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999 — Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹999 — Standard shipping charges apply at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp. You can:

  • Track shipment status in real time
  • View courier tracking details
  • See estimated delivery date

6. Address Validation

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide complete and correct details:

  • Full name & complete address
  • Landmark (optional)
  • Valid mobile number
  • Correct pin code

7. Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may happen due to weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, or regional restrictions. If your order is delayed, we'll notify you via email and WhatsApp with an updated estimate.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If you receive a damaged product, a missing item, or your shipment is lost in transit, please contact support within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)

Our team will review and resolve via a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address, customer unavailable, phone unreachable), the courier will re-attempt delivery. After repeated failures the order is marked as Failed Delivery. Re-shipment may attract additional charges.
