1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the order must be marked delivered, the request must be raised within the return window, and the order must not have been returned previously.

2. Refund as Store Credit

All approved refunds are issued as Store Credit with a unique credit code and validity period, visible in your account and usable at checkout.

  • Credit is generated after successful return approval
  • Shipping charges are excluded from the refund value
  • Validity period as configured at checkout

3. Exchange Management

You can exchange your product for a different size or different variant, subject to inventory availability.

Exchange status flow

Requested → Approval Pending → Pickup Scheduled → Item Received → QC Approved → Replacement Shipped

If the requested size or variant is unavailable, we'll offer Store Credit and notify you.

4. Damaged, Defective or Missing Products

Report any damaged, defective, or missing product within 48 hours of delivery. Please share:

  • Clear product images
  • Order number
  • Brief issue description

Our team will review and approve a replacement, store credit, or appropriate resolution.

5. Reverse Pickup

If your pin code is serviceable, a reverse pickup will be scheduled at no extra cost.

If not serviceable, you can self-ship the product back. Our team will review the returned package and approve the refund or exchange.

6. Quality Check (QC)

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

If QC fails, the return will be rejected, you will be notified, and the product will be sent back to you.

7. Order Cancellation

Allowed: Before the order is shipped.

Not Allowed: After the order has been shipped.

8. Return Status Flow

Requested → Under Review → Pickup Scheduled → In Transit → Received → QC Check → Approved → Store Credit Issued

9. Notifications

You'll be notified at every stage — request submitted, approved/rejected, pickup scheduled, product received, store credit issued, and exchange shipped — via Email and WhatsApp.

10. What's Not Refundable

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products without original tags, washed/used items, or items reported beyond the eligible window cannot be returned.
